How do I report a delinquent tenant to the credit organizations?

Im evicting my tenant after going to court 4 times and I want to report this to the credit agencies. How do I go about this?

FIRST ANSWER

I have never used this service, but you could try joining a landlord association service such as this:

Or work thru collection agency like this:

http://www.rentrecoveryservice.com/?affiliate=tenantalert

In theory you should be able to contact the 3 credit bureaus yourself and report it.
