Hello - My wife and I are leaving NJ for Florida (Orlando Area).
Would you guys be able to offer any advice for finding a rental house or apartment with high expectations of buying. We are lost in a sea of information and any accurate information would be helpful. We are looking for a 3 bedroom house/ apartment with W/D and possibly a garage.

If you know anyone in the area that you are moving to, see if they can help you out or refer you to an agent that's familiar with the local market to try to get you the best deal. I'm actually doing something similar with clients in Atlanta, who are moving here and I'm taking their friends around in their place to try to find what they are looking for.
