Hello All,
I'm looking to rent this house and will need the help of a professional to find it:
Min. 3 br's, 2 ba, 3 car garage, fenced yard, on as much land as possible, and preferably not in an association. Will be working off the Dallas North Tollway in Addison. Want to keep the commute under 45 minutes. I'm currently in a lease until Oct. 31st. Our goal is to not have neighbors within spitting distance! We don't have kids, so schools are not a concern. What do you think, is this completely unrealistic?
Send me your email and I'll send you current open listings that match your criteria.

All the Best!!!
You can definitly find rental property with some land within that rental rate. My collegue is correct about time frame to start you rsearch. The rental market is quite good right now and most houses do not last long (not the good ones anyway). Where you might want to spend your time is learning the areas. With a 45 minute commute you could live in so many areas of the Dallas area.
I can offer you two avenues to get this knowlege; one, go to my website listed below and search the MLS for properties that meet your criteria, or two, I can set up that search for you and the information will come to your email as new rentals come on the market or price change into your range.
Good luck with your move,
MaryBeth
It is not unrealistic. However, October is a long way off. Generally, rental properties become available with 30 to 60 days notice.
You can look around to get an idea of examples of what might be available in September/October for occupancy at end-October, but truly you should begin your search in earnest closer to the time you want to move.
While it may take you a couple of weeks to find something, it is highly unlikely that anything you find now will not be rented by end-October. You might want to check out rentals by city that are posted on my website http://www.SumnerRealty.com
Good point! We'd like to keep it under $2000/mo.
Thanks!
Nothing is impossible, let's start there. You do not mention the most important factor...how much do you want to pay in rent each month?
