Does a landlord have to provide safe lighting in and around a garage?
I have a garage unit next to my building and there are external lights that are never turned on at night, and since the garage units are not powered we manually have to unlock/lock and open/close them. There is also no power to the outlet on the inside making it hard to put in a motion light.
