Just wondering if you ended up renting your property? and if so, did you have to get a permit? i'm trying to rent out our single family home right now in Bel Air, MD and was wondering the same question!!

Hi! I see your follow up below.

Harford County is different. The question says Nottingham, I apologize for the confusion on the website.

It appears only if you want to have it part of the housing programs in Harford County.

Make sure you check with the Harford County Government to be sure!

Good luck & thank you! Please let me know if I can help further.

You should check with a local property manager. Property managers can provide valuable rental market services that will increase your rental properties income and reduce vacancy. Property managers charge minimal fees for the services they provide.
