Are landlords required to share if a registered sex offender is living in their complex?

No.. It is up to the offender to register their address with authorities. The landlord is not required to share any information about anyone and may prosecuted for doing so.... Sorry .. George

Absolutely not. It is the responsibility of the offender themselves to go around the neighborhood and notify people of his presence.

No,you have ot look at the sex offender websites to view where they live, thats on record with each state. It is up to you to do the research, just we are unable to give you the crime rates in any areas. it is steering and discrimination.
