Hi David, Happy New Year first of all. The public records on that property don't show anything informative. You could call a title company to run a title search on it. That costs a couple of hundred bucks but it would probably give you an answer. If there's anything I could to help, please let me know.

I know the house you are referring to. It is brick and boarded up. It is not listed on public records as bank owned.
