There are not enough homes for sale. Right now there are around 12K active listings. We need more listings. A normal market in this area runs ant about 20-25 thousand. If you or anyone you know wants to sell a home cll us!

Currently there are 12,789 homes available for sale in the Phoenix metro area. This includes single family homes, condos, and townhomes. The average price of sold homes is $193,511. In the same area, there are 6,856 homes for rent, and the average rental price is $1,266.

Phoenix rental prices are considered high at the moment relative to the cost of purchasing a home. Several studies have shown that the typical monthly rental price is higher than the monthly payment would be to purchase the same house.

Hello Kendra. There are 1,059 Single Family Homes Active For Rent in the City of Phoenix. There are 2,093 Single Family Homes Active For Sale in the City of Phoenix. This information changes frequently as agents get more listings, close on sales transactions, find rentals. Prices vary all over and of course there are many homes in nearby suburbs for sale or for rent. There are pros/cons to both. Is there a specific reason you ask? I'm happy to help.
