Danielle: Given the current market and availability and high cost of rent. Oh by the way rent to own is much harder to get and will cost even more since they are becoming a lender or crediting some money toward your purchase if that is agreed upon. Much easier to speak with a good quality lender who can work to get you an approval for a loan. Then you can get what you want, much less overall and payment will be less not to mention the down payment and deposits. Unless there is serious reason to not buy, you may be surprised after visiting with a good lender about getting a purchase that there are options to consider.

Rentals are posted on many websites,, craigslist etc. but not all can be trusted sources and you need to be very cautious when researching and possibly entering into a deal.

In the meantime, if you would like to visit with a lender on Monday, I would be happy to provide you some names of people that can help. As well, in the meantime, go to my website and see what homes are available to purchase. Deals are hard to find, but there are nice properties for reasonable amounts. Visit http;// You may be asked to register, but it is only me that may contact you and our search is incredible. If you want to visit with me, you will find my number at the top of my website at and you are welcome to call me over the weekend if you like.

I have to agree with Frank. The rental market is pretty tough right now, and it's actually cheaper to buy. Plus rent to own situations rarely work out for the buyer. Have you talked to a lender yet to see if you qualify for a traditional mortgage? Rates are extremely low right now, and for FHA you only have to put down 3.5%. Let me know how I can help!

You need to put more details and a price in the listing and you will get a better response. Of course you can always post it in as well. Be careful for schemers and scammers that want to trick you out of your money.

Hi Danielle, I would have to suggest that you read my blog on Rent to Owns just so you know how they work and you will see that they mostly benefit the seller and not the renter or buyer. If it still makes sense for you to pursure this type of home then best of luck but really think about everything before you do. If you click on the link below it will take you to my Blog.…
