Hi Cynthia,
Great question!! The answer is yes, by all means.
A local real estate agent knows their area and can help you find the home you want with the least amount of wasted time.
The way we use computers today, you can have tow or three prospects picked out before you leave Cleveland.
Hope you have a great move into your new home.

I would absolutely get a Realtor on a rental...that is what we are here for. There are not a LOT of agents out there that will show them, but if you know what and where you're looking to rent, they will be of great service to you. It saves you from driving all over the place and making a hundred calls on signs. There are rental listings on the GAMLS and FMLS in Georgia and agents can locate them quickly and easily for you. They can send you the listings for you to go through and narrow down...then take you to see the ones that you like.
I'll be more than happy to find a Keller Williams agent wherever you're planning to move to.
Good Luck!
