Here's the facts...

Buying: Build Equity, Home will appreciate in value, You get a tax write off, dollar for dollar, the purchase home is nicer than the rental (usually by a lot), and you have ownership in something that in all literal reality is an asset you can hold on to, rent it out and make money off of it! Great investment.

Renting: Nothing! But your landlord will love you for all of the reasons listed above.

Start here: http://www.DHIMortgage.com/Kasey-Hampton - Most aggressive lender in San Antonio... she will get you a free loan pre-approval.

Step 2 - send me a text, e-mail, or call me and I will send you a very detailed list of all the homes that fit what you are looking for

Step 3 - lets go shopping...

Easy as pie.

Buying is the best option unless you are planning on leaving after three years. First and foremost is to have a solid foundation which is (which loan you are planning on getting)

Check out my blog that I posted for Buying Real Estate 101. It should help you out a lot!!!

Hi there! I'd be glad to help. First step is talking to a lender. We need to aquire a loan before a home purchase. Imagine how powerful you will be as a buyer with a qualified loan ready to go. Cody Wakefield is a lender I refer all my clients to and I'd be glad to help you connect with him. Once we finish the loan process, we can begin the search for you new home. You can view all available homes throughout San Antonio at my website http://www.monicatillman.com. Talk to you soon.
