Hi Nell, I have a son in the Navy station in Japan. He is already talking about buying. I think now is a great time for buyers in the Winchester area. Prices are down and interest rates are good. If you have to be inside Winchester, so be it, but there are great places just outside Winchester that would be easier on the wallet and better for relaxation. You may even want to consider Martinsburg, WV.
