where can I get the building plans for my condo? it was built in 1972 and noone seems to have any plans showing electrical, heating, etc...

Municipal Services Building at 15 & JFK is the place to go for this type of record. The Zoning Board of Review seems to go back further chronologically and is worth checking, but that may not have complete plans. ZBR can be accessed online via City of Phila web site.

Before doing any of the above, contact your condo association and contact the original builder/developer.

Unfortunatley the builder went bust and the condo association says they have no plans.
Will try some of the suggestons to see if I can get them

The builder probably filed building plans with city hall when it was built. You may be able to find them there. Maybe code enforcement would be the right office to ask.
