what is the cost per square feet to gut renovate a brownstone with mid to high end finish in brooklyn?

FIRST ANSWER

Old question but I just joined Trulia. If you estimated $100 a square foot then you should be safe and the project should come in around that for a 1 family. This is just ball parking the figures. Any real contractor that is licensed would need to see plans to give a real estimate.
