our house burnt down and they want to rebuild useing the studs and basment, we have lots of questions
we live in ohio what is the cost per sq. foot. where can i look to get ideas on how to change the inside lay out. and wanted some advice from someone who knows how this whole prosses works thanks angie

And you rightfully should have questions......
Our recommendation is to seek the advice of a structural engineer. Insurance companies are notorious for cutting corners at your expense and often need to meet resistance to be able to come to their senses.
