You could possibly get a 203k FHA loan as well as a regular Construction Perm Renovation loan. It is really according to how much equity will be in the property after the rehab.

FIRST ANSWER

Im not sure, but if you call 211, I bet they can answer that for you. 211 is set up to help low income familys with housing problems - give them a shot.
