about rehab.
now i am looking for a forclosure home. and i need to renocate the land. will it spend a lots money for me to do it.? and the house is on the 1158 Sunset Bluff Rd Walnut, CA 91789
please give me some advises.

FIRST ANSWER
It depends what you have in mind but that particular property has large yards and the costs would range from at least $50k-$100k. You could spend millions if you wanted to but right now the market is slow and you can obtain competitive bids. If you just want to build fences, put in some paths, grass and sprinklers it could easily run $100k or so including permits, plumbing, wiring, etc. You will need cash to buy materials and pay contractors.
