What price could I expect to pay per sq ft for a detached 2 car garage 25X30 in Central Florida?
I would like to have a double garage built adjacent to my home. 25'w X 30'l, concrete block construction. monolithic slab. I would like to know what price per sq ft could I expect to pay. For a home this runs $150 sq ft but this would be absurd for just a garage @ $75,000. Any idea what I could expect?

But to help you out somewhat If I can, I am currently building a 25' wide by 21' deep detached garage in Los Gatos CA.
It has a suspended garage slab (it is on a little bit of a hill).
Fireproof Shingle Siding,
Carriage House Style Garage Door.
Class A Shake Roof.
Fully Insulated & Sheetrocked.
We had to rework the existing driveway to match the new garage slab.
Total Estimate : $102,000.
