Massey, nearly impossible question to answer depending on what kind of finish out you're going to do. Are you going to have wood floors, carpet, granite, laminate, etc. A good range might be somewhere from $90 per square foot up to $200 per square foot, depending on the contractor and your finish out. I would get a few reputable contractors to give you some quotes based on the design you are thinking and go from there.

Hi, Massey.
It depends on how you finish out the space. Very broadly, $100-150/foot is a range I've seen this year for jobs adding 1000sqft to 200sqft. You can spend more, or less. Find a good contractor, share your ideas and plans and go from there.

Good luck.

It depends on the qualify of the materials. You should put together an idea of what you want to do and then get several bids. No way to give a general answer like that unfortunately.

Hope this helps.
