We buy properties directly from banks (REO) and resale at 50 cents on the dollar at today's values. Many of these houses need work. We have a construction company to make repairs. However, there is always a need to stage the house for quick sale.

As a Realtor in Beverly Hills who uses stagers regularly - I would encourage you to introduce yourself to the Real Estate community. Most offices has meetings, offer to furnish coffee and snacks and ask to speak at the meeting briefly. Bring some examples of your work, pass out your cards and follow up.
