Truely depends on your budget. The primary expense is going to be the kitchen. I have worked with several contractors in the past and have had great feedback everytime for this one in particular. Even used them in my own home.

Dominick Lio Jr- 914-490-4761 (higher end renovations)
Dominick Lio Sr-914-490-4760 (budget to moderate renovations)

Hi Lily:

Well, I have flipped a few houses and my husband is a contractor. A kitchen can cost anywhere from $5000 and up. As previously stated, depending on quality, finishes, and appliances.

If the walls are not bearing, it isn't as much but if they are, headers need to be put up instead of the walls and it cost more. 2 closets not really a big cost unless you are building huge ones with built ins.

I would say approximately $10,000 off the top of my head...without appliances

If you like, here are two contractors, the first is my husband and the other is a friend.
Rui 914-774-2764 or Robert 262-5952.

If you should have any other questions, please feel free to give mne a call.

Thanking you in advance for your attention to this matter.

Hi: I have an excellent contractor I can recommend. His name is Julian Martelly C-914-656-0885. Please consider calling him to get a quote. He has great customer service & best of all, he can beat your other quotes. Tell him I told you to call him. Good luck. Sincerely, Michael F. You will need a local contractor to give you an estimate - Call Javier @ 914-830-9389 he's fully lic. And ins. -- sorry forgot the name of his co. -- I'm pretty sure he will also need to know the materials you intend to use...granite,tiles, and appliances etc..

Hi, honestly your best bet is to have. Afew contractors visually inspect the apt, that is the only way you will get an accurate estimate. The quality of the finishes will make a big difference as well. I can refer a couple to you if you need.

Depending on your finishes it could run around $200 per sq ft to renovate
