Mold problem in basement

I am considering purchasing a house in Glenview, IL. According to the inspection report done several months ago, there seem to be a mold problem on the subflooring in the basement (wooden beams). Does anyone know how expensive it might be to remove it and whether results will be permanent? Should I consider dealing with it or would it be better to move on and look for something mold-free? The house is relatively new (10 or so years).

You can get a second opinion to be sure it is an active mold problem and if verified move on. It could cost a fortune to eliminate an active mold and water issues in the basement.
