Looking for a design consultant on a remodel of our bathroom and kitchen in Bent Tree West.

We'd like a few consultations with good spacial ideas for a remodel of a house we are going to sell.
Also, the possibility of selling it to a contractor as is.
Any suggestions for either or both would be appreciated. The house is within walking distance from Blue Ribbon....Mitchell Elementary School...and just blocks from the Tollroad and Briargrove.

I am not sure about designing consultant for bathroom remodeling. But i can strongly recommend you a company that can do complete kitchen cabinet repair, refinishing,restoration and remodeling works as well. Get references and check with a couple company's. Get everything in writing, nothing verbal stands up in court.

Generally, the word As Is, scare most buyers and to them it means that there are some major issues within the property and the seller does not want to fix them as a condition if the sale. On Most foreclosure or short sale listing, the properties are being sold as is condition, because they are being priced in regards to the amount if work those listings need.
As an individual seller, it would be on your best interest to avoid putting this work of your listing and most of the time a little updating will help you as a seller to sell your house quicker and for top money.
I do have a group of professional contractors that are very reasonable on their prices, and depends in the tip of the job, some if them might accept to get paid at the closing.

We have some cash buyers....typically they want to pay about 50% of the value of the house. If that's what you have in mind, please let us know. This is the ugly house type buyers situation...condition doesn't matter, no updates needed.
