In the DC area, it costs about $10K to tear that down... but its probably cheaper where you are. The big expense will likely be dump fees. In some areas, you can "donate" to the fire department, and they'll catch the place on fire and run live drills - and then you get a tax write off for it! Check out that option, and also salvage options for recylcable materials through the use of deconstruction services (more environmentally friendly, too). Good luck!
