How muc h will it cost to tent 2 story, 2,000 s/f 105 year old house for drywood termites in Sanford? Is there a termite problem in historic area?
I'm interested in historic (105 year old) house in Sanford, FL. The house has active drywood termites, so I would need to get it tented/fumigatedand also treated for subterranian even though did not see evidence of that. My question is how much does tenting a two story, 2000 s/f house cost? How long will treatment last? Can they just come back if the house next door has termites? I'm not sure if house next door does, but it is just as old and it looks like it is in terrible condition. Does anyone live in historic Sanford and know if there is a termite problem? Thanks!
