Okay, I have done some research and found out somethings. I have a list of 6 paints from Sherwin Williams recommended by a national staging company. After buying samples, I painted shirtcardboards, so I would have larger paint chips. This approach to painting samples and not the actual wall was recommended by an expert this weekend to me at a national show.

Appears that many home buyers like homes that are light / medium khaki color on walls, white trim. Many of our buyers love color in their own personal home however difficult to show a home with red walls UNLESS gender specific bedroom for a girl or boy.
