Pools vary in size, type, and style. The minimum would start around $20,000, and go up from there. Your best bet is call in a few companies, and see what you can get for the money. Some will include concrete, water falls, landscaping, etc. Some are very basic, and you can do the rest. If you have friends that have pools, you should see what features you like about them and then ask the price on adding that special feature. Self cleaning? pebble tec? solar? water falls? these are all great features but add to the price.

Salem23,

Here are the website to some local pool companies:
http://patiopoolsaz.com/pool_faqs.asp
http://sierravistafiberglasspools.com/

They both mention the price starting around $20,000.
You may be able to find some companies in Tucson that will work in Sierra Vista as well.

You should consider doing what my sister did. She saved at least $10,000. She contracted her own pool. She researched and talked to people online that had already done it and then did herself. She just hired everyone individulally, it turned out great!!!. Just a thought

Good Luck
