There are just going to be way too many variables to give an accurate estimate. I would bid out the project and get estimates from at least 3 different companies.

As others mentioned, there is no way to estimate the cost of a project like this without more information. How big is the lot & existing property.. what type of new build will be going up, what area its located in, what types of materials will be used... way too many variables for any of us to even begin to give a clear answer. Your best bet is to contact a few different contractors and have them give you a bid. If they want the work they should be able to give you a clear idea of what it would cost. Good luck!

This all depends on the size and construction of the existing home. Small wood frame structures can run under 5000.00 where large brick multi story homes can cost upward of 15k. Preping the lot and erosion control (required by most cities) will run between 2500.00 and 7500.00 depending on how much dirt need to be brought in to pad the property and compact the dirt for construction.

We use a company named Linda Mood Demolition, they do a great job and are very reasonable.

It will depend on lot and age of house, meaning if it has asbestos or lead paint.
