How can estiamted values vary so much. Trulia has my house estimated at $1,404,000 and Zillwo has it at $772,000. Quite a difference.
That's a GREAT question! I think this pretty much says it all, straight from Zillow's FAQ page on the "zestimate" home valuation tool. =)
