Whats happens to a property and tenants that has been sold by two different companies, ie The HOA, and the Trustee company and then listed for Auction
The HOA is still the second lien holder but their foreclosure usually forces the first lien holder (the Bank that owns the loan) to foreclose so the bank auction buyer will own the home ... more
