Life in CT is whatever you make of it. I have a FSBO in Enfield and I can tell you this town is very well off. It does a lot for its people. Great location too. It is approx 10 minutes north of Hartford CT and 10 minutes south of Springfield MA. Depending on your profession living in this town gives you the convenience as far as Hartford has many many jobs and so doesn't Springfield. Hartford is know as "the insurance capitol of the world" When you go south of Hartford you do have some rough towns and rough areas. Enfield has little to no crime. Where as some towns are known for its crime. So, a lot depends on where you are. Some times here are very ritzy - even have stars living here but sometimes the ritzy towns draw crime because of the money. I am partial to Enfield. Write me at budrusty@aol.com for more info
