I went throught the "pleasure" of trying to find a rental in Concord when I first moved here only to find out that Active listings were no longer available and a lot of information was unreliable. This is primarily due to the fact that Realtors get paid a very small amount of money... and I mean small, for finding rental properties. There are homes available on lease option and for rent.
