i own a condo in marco island florida and woud like to know if the trash pickup which is in our dues can be

reimbursed by the town and if so where do I go to see about getting this done.

Phil,
You should contact your HOA association about this. They specify what is included in your HOA dues. If you are considering selling your unit, there is a state law in Florida where there is a form that the HOA has to fill out for you and the buyer, saying what is included in the fees or not.

If you do not have an attorney or an agent, then I would suggest getting one - as they will know what to do. If you are just curious - contact your HOA.
