I would say Miami. The international culture, the beaches, the city life. You have it ALL here. And it's just a few hours away from the keys and the west coast of Florida. My bet is Miami. But, I am bias because I live here.

Thats a very tough question ... thats like asking, which park has the best roller coaster rides... it all depends on your activities...
The better beaches will be on the Ft Myers side .. the better golf courses will fall into Amelia Island, Ocala or the Destin area ...
