We have a minimum of 100 years of water stored plus we get a supply from CAP(Colorado River) that is being stored underground. Like all cities in the southwest we have to watch our water use and Tucson does a very good job of that.

According to the heads of the Water Dept. we have been storing water underground from the C.A.P.
(Central Arizona Project).

I hope not! Lol. Seriously, its not likely. Tucson's water comes from mixing Colorado River water, aka CAP water, with our groundwater. The western states each have a share of the Colorado. Conservation measures increase every year, so barring an unforseen disaster, we should be fine. Vegas and Phx get some of their water from the Salt River and other sources as well.
