2. we are the Space Coast- a vibrant high tech community ranging from industry leaders like Harris or Boeing, Lockheed Martin, NASA, to the small start ups that service these companies
3. some of the top schools in the state: solid educational opportunities with strong performance on FCAT
4. lots of ways to indulge yourself-from shopping in Viera, to gallery hopping and antiquing in Cocoa Village or Melbourne Village, to catching a Broadway show/leading performers at the King Center
5. if you are a Vet we have Patrick Air Force base and all the amenities it has for vets
6. great medical infrastructure
7. currently great real estate deals- in a state with no income tax
