This dshould pretty much do it.
PS . . . If it is waterfront that you seek most, there are many other areas of Brick with waterfront properties with the beaches a short distance away.
Concetta,
My first inclination was to say . . . along the coast . . . but I realize that consumers are not here on Trulia for sacrasm.
It is a little known fact that Brick actually has beaches. Bonnie most acurately described the available beach areas . . . there are other tiny beaches such as Cherry Quay, which is known for small private beaches, but aminly boating. If you are in the higher end bracket, I'd say Mantoloking which borders Brick.

It didn't seem to take the first time around
On the southeast border of the state, and they go all the way down. The first beach is Sandy Hook. The first beautiful beach and my favorite is Spring Lake which is Exit 98 on the Garden State Parkway. The parkway goes by the mile -- so -- if you live near Exit 120, you have 22 miles to Exit 98. The shore goes all the way down to the beginning of the parkway, down in Cape May, about an hour south of Atlantic City, which is Exit 38.
Other beaches of note include Pt. Pleasant which has amusement parks, Belmar, more of the young day tripper scene, and Wildwood, and Long Beach Island. They are scattered about. Spring Lake is much quieter.
NJ magazine publishes a guide to the shore every year. I've linked to one site that links to the entire shore area. If you need a referral in Spring Lake Area and points around, I have the perfect agent, Katie Doyle, who is a member of the mls, and we do many referrals.
