Saw two homes in the Village Park development but am unsure about Florida, NY and that area in particular. Would appreciate any further insight about Florida, NY and Village Park. Thanks.
Florida, NY still has that small town feel and contains alot of the older style victorian homes. You are also located between Warwick and Goshen, both of these town are also very nice. Warwick has a really nice main street with shops and Goshen has many doctor's offices and emergency care offices and it is located near the highway. If you like a small town feel, you will like Florida. I would suggest taking a drive there on the weekend, all the leaves are changing and it is a nice ride (you could also stop in Warwick and go apple picking).
For one of the best information sites on a specific town try city-data.com--all kinds of information is available from personal insights to demographics, ect.
Florida NY has alot to offer, small town feel with alot of amenities.
Very nice older town in Orange county, Main St is lined with many beautiful Victorians, and Colonials. It's got a great mix of convenience while still maintaining a small town feel.
