I'm not much of a sports fan...but let me give this a try. We have major league soccer, the Columbus Crew. We have major league hockey, the Columbus Blue Jackets, we have arena football whatever that is...the Columbus Destroyers. We have a triple A baseball farm team, the Columbus Clippers. For years (20 something I believe) we had the NY Yankees triple A farm team, but they left. The Clippers are now a farm team for the Washington Nationals (?)

Columbus does not have a professional (major league) football, baseball or basket ball teams. Baseball and football loyalties are divided between the Cleveland and Cinci teams.

Columbus is such a college town when it comes to sports, lots of Ohio State support.

Hopefully I have not made a fool of myself answering this question... like a team long gone and I don't know it.

Golfing? That's professional sports... Memorial Tournament is coming up. No this is not the place for that answer though because golf is not a team sport professionally, is it?
