What is the train noise/traffic like on 61st and Oberon Rd? Is it enought to stop you from purchasing a home?

FIRST ANSWER
That is a busy track, if train noise bothers you, you'll want to look elsewhere. However, there are a lot of homes near there, even some newer ones. Some new measures have been implemented for the intersections, which reduce the horn blowing. It's a matter of individual choice.
