My option is that it's great for college kids or watching the game but currently not much more.
Most of us are keeping our fingers crossed and hoping Scripps will provide the traffic to support a more diverse group of consumers. The Abacoa town center needs more than sandwich shops and bars.
Someone in leasing/ownership is going to have to dig deep and give a great deal to a few anchor tenants and hope this brings a more diverse base of comsumers. I feel completely safe there but not enough shops for me to go there.
Currently the 3 or 4 bars seem to overwhelm the town center and are keeping empty nesters and others from enjoying whats left.
I do think that living in Abacoa is a great option and all with in 5 minutes of Legacy Place, Gardens Malls, and Downtown at The Gardens
Sorry forgot to Mention the Movie theater is still Closed
Just my option
