What is the problem with the septic systems along the interstate highways, i.e., 44417, 44491, etc?
There is an almost unanimous statement that no seller will upgrade or fix, etc. any septic system and the buyer must obtain a BOH certificate. This seems to be indicative os a problem along the major insterstate highways in rural areas of Ohio. I am very interested in purchasing property; however, I am concerned about this seeming overwhelming problem or indication of major developments in those areas.
