What is neighborhood like on Nordica Street in Niles, IL?
To be near family, we are seriously considering relocating from San Diego to Niles. Specifically, the Culver School District. We are possibly interested in a couple of townhouses for sale on Nordica Street and are wondering what that specific portion of Niles is like.

FIRST ANSWER
I would look at another community than Niles. I would consider something like Evanston or Wilmette for nicer townhomes in good school districts. Closer to the Niles area I would look at Park Ridge.
