"Seeming Quiet" in the middle of the day is easy. Be sure to take a look at the community Friday and Saturday Nights!

The data shows me a community that has had the bottom fall out - if I'm correct: Mill Pond/Mill Pond Village?
Unless you're getting in there well under 100K you should be concerned. Has your agent pulled comps?
