That community currently has active units ranging from 140-175K, average sold units average 149K since 01/07. Naturally the 3BR units will be larger and run higher than the 2BR units.
These are condos and the required monthly fee is $229. For this you receive exterior maintenance, use of the pool and tennis, cable, garbage, water, exterior liability insurance and other benefits. Parking for most units is with a carport, open parking for guests is available.
There is an investor presence here, several units are rented. Most were built in the mid 70's so updating may be needed in certain units. Location-wise it's great as you have easy access to Roswell, East Cobb and Sandy Springs.
