We are looking at a home in River Club in Pawleys Island SC, does anyone know if there are many families with

kids (middle school, high school) in that subdivision, or is it just retirees? Thanks!

Lisa, the River Club has condominiums, patio type homes and larger custom homes which attract a wide variety of homeowners. I'd be glad to send you information on any homes listed for sale in that community or any nearby. John Sefick Coldwell Banker Chicora
