Our office sold a couple units in that building. It's a fantastic location. Very close to everything.

My sister lives in on of the units. It is an amazing piece of property. Location is perfect. Street is safe, and amenities are truley accomodating. Good luck in any decision you make!

Hi Faith,
The location of the Rob Clark is GREAT, however I had two clients that past on the development because of quality and lack of management and reserves(One decided on Beverlywood and the other Hollywood.)This is typical with most developments but be careful when purchasing a "conversion" lenders can be a bit more conservative especially on how many renters vs homeowners live in the building.
Good luck,
Jill Lowy

Hi Faith,
We have three clients who have recently purchased there in the last year- i think more than any other agents representing buyers in that building. All three really like the building, the amenities, and the location... just blocks from some of the best dining on the Robertson corridor! One of our clients is president of the HOA now. I can tell you a LOT about the building and the best way to go about purchasing there. The developers will do everything they can to get you to buy without using an agent... nothing unusual there, as that is what developers always do since it is how they make the most money. I would advise you to use an agent! We know of several great deals and ways to save a large amount of money, as the developer wants to close that building out. I think they only have 10 or so more units to sell, out of 105, so they really just want to get it done. Anyway, we would be happy to answer any questions you have about the building. It is a very nice building with very nice units in a great location! Our website is below, and you can see the three units our buyers bought- units 230, 330, and 405! Looking forward to hearing from you! -Kevin

Hello Faith,

A friend of mine used to live there maybe 7 years ago when it was an apartment. He really liked living there and it's proximity to Robertson is great. Just be on the safe side. Since it is a conversion you need to be a extra careful with reserves. Read everything and take a hard look at the financials.

Good luck!
