Property located next to 'taken' property.

What position am I in (property tax appeal or anything else) when my home is located directly next to homes that have been taken (eminent domain) for new roadway use? Can I expect a reduction of property taxes since the value of my home may not be what it was before my neighborhood was dismantled?
Should I have legal advice? If so, what type?

Thank you

Absolutely. You have more reason than anyone else to succeed in lowering your property taxes. Conditions have affected your marketability of your property. Time is running out. You until the end of March April1 If you wait too long you'll have to wait until next year.

The link below is a blog of mine I just wrote about reducing property taxes. there is also a link there too for an Ebook that has video and all the neccessary paper work to organize yourself and prepare for an appeal.
Every assessors contact info is also there.

The ebook is not mine but I use it. I have been very successful in reducing my taxes with this system. I have also helped many others as well with almost a 100% success.

Read the article and get the book. It's guaranteed also... If you own property it's the best $39 you'll ever spend to help you save thousands...

Yes, you should make an appointment with an attorney. Most, offer a free initial consultaion. I would, if I were you, attend a few township meeting (planning, zoning) to see which attorney shows up and presents his clients case before the board for approvals. I would use that attorney to represent you. You may or may not have a legal leg to stand on.
