Have you considered doing research listing all the pro's and con's on an excel spreadsheet, talk with residence, drive thru the areas ? Real estate professionals per code of ethics can’t make comments

FIRST ANSWER

A few years ago, I had reason to spend several days in that part of CT. It seemed to me that Old Saybrook was very old money and Niantic had more amenities to offer.
