A good Realtor should be able to compile research on all the community information you would like, including economic and housing stats, general population information, education, cultural events, etc. Many will freely send you packets of information on different neighborhoods and towns, and will work with you in finding your home, typically without any cost you. I would recommend finding a good one even if you are just casually looking. If you don't have one in mind, I can help you find one that suits your needs. Just email me the type of Realtor you would like to work with (relaxed, casual, aggressive, tech savvy). All the best.
